Earth and Water

First folded, then wrapped around a dowel, then bound with wax string, this scarf with turquoise, green, red-brown and khaki and is one of a kind. What you are seeing in the photo is about half of the scarf; the other half is close to a mirror image.

This scarf is made of Habotai silk; it is lightweight and breezy, with a smooth, almost shiny finish. It has rolled hems with 100% silk thread. All scarves are 100% silk.

Scarves are easy to care for and come with care instructions.

Scarf Care: To care for silk scarves, wash by hand with a gentle detergent (even shampoo) and rinse. Add about a tablespoon of liquid fabric softener to the rinse water (not necessary, but it does make the silk feel even softer). The dryer can spin and twist the scarf, setting in wrinkles. Hanging your scarf on the line is the best way to dry it. You can also iron your scarf, which will make it feel even smoother, softer, and looking polished.
